An Dúlamán is distilled in tiny batches and bottled by hand with the batch number & bottle number handwritten on the neck label. 

Sliabh Liag Distillers capture the magic of the Wild Atlantic in a gin that has been described as a love letter to the Donegal coast. They use eleven botanicals to distil An Dúlamán, five of which are hand-harvested varieties of seaweed. The resulting gin is incredibly smooth, bright, complex and savoury, with a long lingering finish.

An Dúlamán can be enjoyed neat due to its signature smoothness. An Dúlamán is best enjoyed with a light or classic tonic water, though it works well with lemon or elderflower tonic. An Dúlamán makes an incredibly soft Negroni or a truly mighty Martini for those who prefer a cocktail.

The palate has incredibly bright and soft juniper to the fore, and as it subsides An Dúlamán’s complexity is revealed in umami richness, brisk salt, zest and then a buttery oyster smoothness with hints of chestnut earthiness and firm tannin and, given time, hints of peach ebbing to a comforting warmth.
